Bad stitching, finishing and poor customer service.

The insides of the kurta has all unfinished threads from the embroidery which gets entangled while wearing the garment and is constantly irritating to the skin. I wrote to their customer service multiple times but i got only the automated email responses and no real solution. There are no phone numbers where one can contact them to explain the issue in real. Very bad experience for this embroidered kurta set.
